Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working in contact center environment and handling multiple customer enquiries or complaints via email, live-chat, social media or phone calls
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Providing high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries at first contact where possible
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction


  • Willing to work in overseas (based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese language is a MUST and ability to communicate in English
  • Excellent customer-serving manner, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, fast learner, careful and patient, able to work under pressure
  • Able to work on-shift duties (including weekends and public holidays as per monthly work schedule)
  • Candidate with 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field would be an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Understanding Basic operation of computer software applications
