Contribute to building training procedures and courses’ quality assessment criteria. Establish a system of criteria for monitoring and evaluating teachers/tutors. Plan on training and put in operation. Organize full-time training sections or 1-1 coaching. Attend periodical class observation. Join hands with the Program Development team to come up with any suitable adjustments in order for courses’ quality to make progress. Work with Student Management team to observe and evaluate learning effectiveness. Cooperate with the HR Department on teacher recruiting criteria. Implement weekly admin tasks. Report results of training sections to Head of Department/Team leader.
