We are pioneering a video-based wellness concierge service centre manned by a unique SmartCare Force to support our cross-border, collaborative care management O2O platform. This is set to leapfrog the implementation of healthcare in emerging markets and that will transform healthcare into a home centric model to bring personalized content and services into the homes of millions of people.
To support this initiative, we are looking for Case Managers who are keen to embark on a unique career path in the healthcare TMTSC (technology, media and telecommunications with service and content) space. Case Managers will be providing online and offline support to our clients, moderate telehealth education talks via video conference calls, and develop multimedia content. Case Managers will also get a chance to give some feedback on new platforms that are being developed. Case Managers may also need to travel for training and event and operations support. Successful candidates will be a part of the pioneer team in Saigon.
