- Support customers during On-boarding phase

- Create relevant content to guide clients setting up their workflows and using the software

- Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) preferably first language, French language is a plus.
- Proactive, positive attitude, good team player
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision. Hands-on with the desire to get involved in the business
- Proven knowledge of IT/e-commerce. Knowledge of SaaS applications is a plus.
