• Thai/Vietnamese nationality with Vietnamese/Thai Cooking Skills a must • Contemporary menu creation with classical flavors, training and quality consistency, cost control • Strong leadership, very disciplined, highly organized, knowledgeable in cost control • Hands-on, attention to detail, perfectionist, creative and very knowledgeable in current food trends in upscale restaurants • Have a strong background in relevant field, similar position in upscale/fine dining restaurants with minimum 2 years experience • Fluent in English
