Duties and Responsibilities:
•To act as a communication channel between Vietnamese and English language; •Provide consecutive, meaning for meaning, first-person over the phone interpretation; •To listen, understand and interpret spoken conversation and/or translate written documents from Vietnamese to English or vice versa; Perform and assist in preparing and translating documents such as reports, letters and memos when required; •To act as the interpreter or translator in business activities which involves usage of Vietnamese and English language; •Follow all policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics; •Facilitate accurate communication between clients and customers;
•Degree in any field; •Excellent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English language; •Able to translate the expected languages fluently with the ability to expand to new or specialized terminology; •Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain high level of accuracy; •High adjustment ability, cooperative, good team player, good attributes and is able to work independently without supervision; •With extensive experience as a translator, content writer or editor is preferred; •The ability to deal with frequent changes, challenging customers, and extreme focus on service and sales •Must be willing to work on rotating 24/7 shift.
